Multiface 20 - Single cartridge

The polymer glue Multiface has been specially developed for the connection and maintenance of conveyor belts as well as for the gluing of abrasion resistant lining (patent pending). Multiface is not a contact glue or a usual rubber cement, but a 2-component-PU-system without volatile organic compounds (VOC). Selected highest grade raw materials guarantee the usage of Multiface as polymer mixture without danger for people and environment and the possible use in the food industry.  Multiface is not only suitable for heavy conveyor belts made of rubber, but also for light duty plastic belts made of polyurethane, PVC, polyester or polyolefin. It's even usable for materials such as metal, glass, ceramics, wood, textile and many other plastic materials, when a high strength and permanently elastic gluing with a very thin gap is required.

Depending on the application is Multiface available with different processing times. The version Multiface 20 has a processing time of 20 minutes and a curring time for full function strength of approx. 8 hours (at 23°C).
